In collaboration with the Caribbean Alternative Investment Association (CARAIA), the DBJ, through its World Bank-funded, Access to Finance Project, will host a two-day training session targeted at private capital investors.
The aim of the training is to sensitize local investors and LPs on issues relating to fund performance assessments and metrics, monitoring and reporting requirements, the roles and responsibilities of the key management personnel, and also zone in on some of the crucial due diligence and risk management issues to take into consideration when managing a private capital portfolio.
The course will be facilitated by an expert trainer and seasoned investment and private equity consultant, Peter Tropper.
